Our Guarantee

As each Diamond Lab Studio ring is custom-made to your exact specifications, we are unable to accept returns on completed orders. However, we stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship and materials.

Manufacturing Warranty

Every ring comes with a 1-year manufacturing warranty covering defects in craftsmanship and materials. This includes prong re-tipping, rhodium re-plating for white gold, and repair of any structural issues.

Diamond Certificate

Each diamond is accompanied by an IGI grading report, verifying the carat weight, color, clarity, and cut grade of your stone.

Ring Resizing

We offer one complimentary ring resizing within the first 6 months of purchase (within 2 sizes of the original). Additional resizing services are available at a nominal fee.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your ring arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a return shipment at no cost and either repair or remake your ring.
